Great Company!
Purchased a 2014 Sunset Trail Reserve. Had it for less than 2 years and is stored in a barn out of the weather for 9 out of the 12 months a year. The front is now sun faded. Called them. They wont even look at the problem. Would never buy another product from them!!! Horrible customer service. Not even worth one star.
I own a 2013 36RL. Yes we have had issues but I contacted Redwood Customer Service and have had frustrations dealing with them on items I personally thought they should address. One customer service agent finally said that to bring it to the Redwood Rally in Shipshewana IN and have Randy take a look at it. We did and I can't say enough good for what Redwood did. Randy and his service department addressed my concerns and fixed items that needed to be fixed that I didn't even mention. They stood behind their RV and did it for a smile. Redwood a very nice upscale unit. Not top of the line but close.
Friendly people who seam to enjoy their work. Decent quality units.
Nice people in the office, generally workers aren't too friendly, if possible would stay clear of any line workers.
